Come and learn how to decorate a 2 tier special occasion cake in five 4 hour sessions during the week or weekend. Learn how to cover your cake with Sugar Paste; Create simple but elegant borders; Create your own Rose Spray; Learn how to make Open Roses; Learn tricks of the trade; meet like minded people plus much more. All equipment and tools supplied for all intensive courses
Cost: £250 for the 20 hour session
Time: 11am – 3pm (Saturdays) or 11am – 3pm (Wednesdays)

The demonstrator will show you different ways of using patchwork cutters to create elegant and effective designs suitable for cakes of any occasion. You learn a few tricks of the trade and meet likeminded people
Participants will be able to make and decorate their own plaque using Patchwork Cutters, from easy to more intricate designs to suit everybody's need
